A native Californian, Eric moved to Memphis in the mid 1990s with his grandparents. A very involved member of the Memphis community, Eric graduated from Houston High School, where he then went on to attend and become a graduate of Southwest Tennessee and the University of Memphis. He also has a younger sister who attends Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis.
